Paul, the youngest of ten kids was raised in a small town outside of Ft. Worth, Texas. He never dreamed his life would have ever taken a turn in the direction in which it is going. He knew at a very young age that he was to be a minister, but his life changed drastically when he lost his father to a heart attack. Thus, he began working to help support himself and his mother. Soon he learned that life was filled with many struggles.
Although, being raised in church all his life, he knew he had strayed from the Lord and this left a void in his life that needed to be filled. While at a singing, listening to a quartet, Paul then realized what the void was and gave his life to the Lord, Jesus Christ. From that point on, he began taking special interest in music. When asked what he feels it takes for a ministry to be successful for the kingdom of God, he answers with this:
First: You must come to the realization that without God you are nothing.
