When you look in your Bible, you will find a story of a woman named Naomi. Naomi had two sons and a husband who died during a famine, leaving Naomi with two daughter-in-laws, Orpah and Ruth. Naomi told them to go back to their families. Both women cried at these words but Orpah did as she was told. Ruth, on the other hand could not stand to leave Naomi, so Naomi agreed to let Ruth go with her back to Bethlehem. Ruth was so devoted to Naomi that she went wherever Naomi went. If only all of us could be as devoted to God, as Ruth was to Naomi. We may not enjoy what we go through in the process, but the reward is much bigger and much better than we can ever imagine.
